We will help you get here!!!!!! About the Role We have immediate openings for Automotive Service Technicians to perform diagnostic, maintenance, and repair tasks. Key Responsibilities: Perform efficient, high-quality repairs as outlined on repair orders. Diagnose and repair vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, brakes, suspension, and air conditioning. Use state-of-the-art diagnostic tools and software to document and communicate repair needs, including video updates for customers. Test-drive vehicles to confirm repairs and diagnose further issues. Collaborate with Service Advisors to inform customers of additional services needed, providing time and cost estimates. Execute repairs to manufacturer specifications, including warranty work. Qualifications 2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred (Volkswagen experience a huge plus) High school diploma or equivalent; ASE Certification required Strong skills in diagnostics, electrical, and engine repair Excellent mechanical and troubleshooting abilities Proficiency in electronic diagnostic tools and basic computer systems Friendly, positive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement Team player with strong communication skills Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment Why Work with Us?
