Pharmacy Technician Manager

Consonus Pharmacy is a closed-door long-term care pharmacy specializing in the needs of nursing facilities, assisted living residents, and their caregivers. We are currently hiring a  Fulfillment Manager to join our team!
As the  Fulfillment Manager your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Directs daily fulfillment workflows
• Guides the efficient use of equipment and materials to produce quality products in accordance with established policies and regulatory guidelines
• Manages hiring, orientation, training, coaching, and scheduling of fulfillment employees
• Ensures upkeep of fulfillment equipment and technology

• National Pharmacy Technician Certification required or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire
• Ability to implement procedures with understanding of goals and objectives within the department.
• Ability to work with other department leads in an interconnected matrix environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills and ability to quickly learn new software applications
• Experience scheduling, managing people, and training preferred
• Experience with Lean or Six-Sigma tools and techniques preferred
