Compensation will commence post-fundraising, with significant equity incentives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide strategic guidance to the executive team, helping to shape the company’s vision and long-term objectives.
• Offer expert advice on business development, financial planning, and market expansion strategies.
• Leverage industry connections to open doors for partnerships, fundraising, and business opportunities.
• Actively participate in board meetings, providing insights and recommendations on key decisions.
• Monitor the company’s performance and ensure that strategic objectives are met.
• Contribute to the development of corporate governance policies and procedures.
• Assist in fundraising efforts by leveraging networks and guiding the company’s investor relations strategy.
• Act as a mentor to senior management, providing leadership development and support.

Qualifications :

• Education :
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• MBA or a relevant advanced degree is highly preferred.
• Experience :
• Extensive experience in senior leadership roles, preferably as a board member or strategic advisor.
• Proven track record in strategic planning, business development, and fundraising.
• Strong network in the business and investment community.
• Skills :
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of corporate governance.
• Ability to make high-level decisions and manage complex issues.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong financial acumen and business judgment.

Investment Requirement :

• A mandatory investment of $500,000 USD is required for this role. This investment demonstrates commitment and alignment with the company’s growth objectives.

Salary Range :

• This is an equity-based role with compensation commencing after the next fundraising round. Equity terms will be discussed during the selection process.
