Shift : 8hr Day Shift (40)
Shift Information : M-F 0800-1630
· 2 years of Hospice experience needed· Will you accept a first-time traveler? Yes, if they have Hospice and EPIC Remote Client experience
● Patient Ratios:· 1:1
● Required Certifications:· BLS
· Valid DL
● Skills required:
· End of life care/planning, wound assessments, care coordination, pain/symptom management, triage
● Support on the Unit:
· RNs
· Resource Nurse
· Case Managers
● Technology/Equipment:
· EMR: EPIC Remote Client – experience preferred
· IV pumps: Sapphire
